Refundable items must be returned within 30 days from ship date. Fill out return form and pack with your item. Damaged items must be reported via email FourHangerBoutiqueCSM@gmail.com within 3 days upon receipt. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging and tags attached. If the return item appears to have been worn i.e. makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or similar product stains, the item will not be accepted. Initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Shoes must be returned in their original box. For hygienic purposes all orders placed on earrings, hair accessories (including hats) and eye wear are final and non-refundable. All clearance and sale items are final and non-refundable. We advise using a trackable shipping for all returns. Four Hanger Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return. If the return does not meet requirements in this policy, Four Hanger Boutique will notify customer via email. You will need to pay for the item to be shipped back to you. If the returned item is not claimed within 30 days, the item will be donated to a local charity. Returns will be processed within 5 days after item is received.
All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days via USPS or UPS. Free Shipping is provided on all U.S. orders over $100.00. The Four Hangers do not ship on weekends (Sat & Sun) due to having fun and playing with the kids all weekend. During the holidays the post office is closed, therefore we cannot ship on Federal Holidays. We know you are excited about receiving your package just as we are excited to wrap and send it to you.
